THE OPPORTUNITY
In a saturated, convenience-led café market dominated by coffee chains and generic offerings, KNOOPS there was a clear opportunity for a premium, experiential chocolate drink brand for both bricks and mortar sites and ‘at home’ retail.
The Brief
KNOOPS came to Palm back in 2021 with a vision to redefine the category by positioning itself not as another café, but as a chocolate drinks pioneer. Palm’s industry specialism for both hospitality and F&B brands was needed to convey the revolutionary, completely customisable, percentage-based chocolate menu: the brand’s signature ‘Knoopology.’

It’s now 2025 and we have worked with the brand for four years of exciting growth.
